CueDesk, operated by Preetam Soni, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
1. What we collect
- Account data: username, email, and organisation name.
- Connection data: the API credentials you add for third-party platforms, stored encrypted at rest.
- Usage data: activity logs (who changed what and when), monitor results, and basic request information needed to run the Service.
- Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
2. How we use it
To operate the Service, run your schedules and monitors, secure accounts, prevent abuse, provide support, and process payments.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (e.g. hosting, payment, email) and when required by law.
4. Security
Passwords are hashed and platform tokens are encrypted at rest. We enforce access controls so each organisation can only see its own data. No system is perfectly secure.
5. Retention and your rights
We keep data while your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Deleting your organisation removes its data.
